[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not got purifier but money dedicated from my account

I booked compact purifier on 04th July 2015 and even received alert on 09th July that order has been booked ( order Number :- [protected] ). but not received machine. complaint in customer care on 20th July (no.[protected] but no response. on 23rd July money got dedicated from my account as well. even after multiple calls to sales representative and there managers no proper response..
