[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — not happy with the product

Hi sir,
We bought the product in the month of sep 2017. The product was working fine for three months. It started giving problems from the third month. We are doing service each month for cleaning the filter. There was some problem in the product in the fourth month. After several calls made to customer service, the service engineer came and fixed the issue temporarily. The product main component is replaced in three months time. We had made several complaints to the customer service. When we contacted them they are not helping to reliving their senior coordinates number. They are not responding on refunding the process. Please help us in resolving the issue.
