[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — ordered dr.aquaguard water filter a week before and not yet received and no update till today( water filter not available in category)

Ordered the Dr.Aquagaurd Magna HD-RO+UV last saturday-8thJul17.
Sales persons Mr.Nagraj and Raghavendra from Vidyaranyapura Bangalore had come to the residence taken the order.
Had informed that monday-10thJul17, the water filter will be delivered .
There is no single call for the update on this.
Repeatedly calling Mr.Nagraj not responding properly.
Till today there is no update.

This is not a good service to the cutomers. Atleast there should a call from the company to update the status .
