[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — pathetic service and pathetic product

I had purchase eureka product in oct 2017 but after many demo they dont come to give demo of the product. And when i used that there is some kind of smoking smell.
After that my 1st complain on 7 nov 2017 since then complaining from last 45 days and everytime customer care escalate the complain thats it's... Its the end of services by eureka forbes.

Even by sending written complain also there is no one to solve that:
