Very sad to write this mail to you and your team, but a pathetic service rendered by a pathetic team.
I am having an aqua guard classic model, since we relocated from some other place we enquired for installation and service of it.
On 15th i had got a msg that my complain is assigned to mr. Ashish singh ([protected]), when i called him regarding my complain, he told mr. Ankit lodhi from aqua mount ([protected]) will take care of my issue when i asked ankit that he is from aqua guard, he said services are out sourced by company to our company in indore.
Mr. Ankit visited my place on 15th sep. And suggested to change both filter as both are old, so we changed both the filter and we paid 1500/- rs for service and both filters (Bill is attached).
After that he asked us to at-lest let the purifier run for 30-35 min and he left.
After 20 min of leaving, my purifier stopped working and not switching on, than immediately i called him he did not picked my phone, than i called to ashish he said he will revisit on 16th morning and check the issue, but he did not turned till date.
Then i start following mr. Ashish, he also stopped picking my call.
Then i again called customer service number and they assigned my complain to mr. Jeevan ([protected]), he visited and told that he will be taking purifier along with him to check but since he did not have any company id proof we denied than he said he will be visiting along with engineer to check the issue on 18th sep.
But till date ashish/mr. Ankit or jeevan none of them are picking my call and reverting.
And surprisingly yesterday i have received a msg that my problem is resolved and complain is closed.
Bills of paid amount and screenshot of mages received are attached for your reference.
Wrote mail to deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbs.com on 23/09/2019, but no reply till now.
Hope to get some revert after writing to you.
