Eureka Forbes — Payment Not Received

I have been purchased Eureka Vacuum Cleaner on 29th june, delivered on 3rd July. I am not satisfied with performance of Product and cancelled product on July 5th. Cancelation team(Pune) was telling story like product was cancelled and Hyderabad Customer Care Team was telling story like Open Status. No One has responded properly. I am keeping sending mails/calling customer care, no response.

Updated by kishorebonthala Raising complaint in consumer complaints same like eurka customer / customer care officer are the same.
I have been waited almost 3 months, No one has been approached. It’s stupid thing of buying eureka product. I will go to next setup as Consumer court and will come to know problem with customer/Eurkea Forbes.

Small updated.

I am trying to escalate issue to next level, It's not allowing me to do the same. Error was showing input ticket number is not valid, it was not first time. Please find attached screenshot.
