Technician visited my place at kalletinkara, kerala after making repeated complaints and installed my expert ro water purifier. Now a leakage problem started and required technician very urgently. Machine is under AMC. But service engineer without visiting and attending the machine closes the complain request. When checked the service card found my fraud signature has been done. This is aserious matter and a fraud case on behalf of the company. Please look after the matter seriously.
