[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Poor after sales support / aquaguard classic | |||||
I have purchased the model aquaguard classic water filter a year back. I had to call / mail them several times to get it serviced where one of the free service was due in 6 months... Now even after a year, no body has turned up for second free service. I have booked a complaint on 5th august, 16 and it is 11th august, 16 today. Today also i called their service helpline # 3988 3333... Spoke to their representative kritika who has apologized for delay and promised that a technician would definitely come today... But its almost 6 pm now.. Nobody has come.. If this is the after sales service they have, how can we trust their products??? Was this information helpful? | |||||
