[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — poor customer service and fault product

We bought the product in the month of september. We had done three continuous service within 6 months. Our product is not working. The service engineer had checked and informed us the fault inside the magna ro purifier product. Itz already 10 days got over. The product is not working. We had called the customer service. I had contacted them twice. They had promised that they ll be coming on last week. But no response. I m not satisfied with their service. Please take it back. We are disappointed.
