[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — problem with dr aquaguard magna | |||
We have a problem with the Dr Aquaguard Magna at our home. It takes hours to fill the water storage and is leading to a lot of water wastage. I first lodged a complaint on August 1, 2018 and have been trying to follow up with the customer care everyday since. However, even after 4days, there has been no contact from any local technician. The people at customer care keep saying that they will arrange for a visit soon but there is no response from the local team in Hyderabad. My complaint number is [protected].
