[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — product defective no replacement or cash back till date and sales person not even receiving the call | |||
Product - dr aquaguard magna ro uv tds (Nxt) from eurekaforbes sales person sajan verma[protected], the product is defective and now when we r asking for replacement he is not picking call and till date no help from company side twice service person came dissembled the who ro but couldnot solve the issue and now they not responding, they fooled us and the sales person asked for rs7500 extra apart from rs 19490 which we paid for replacement till he can sell the defective product which we got to anyone else.
