We have an AquaSure by Aquaguard water purifier from the past 10 years and we pay Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for it every year. We have lived in different cities of India in the past 10 years and have never faced any issues with any service. The service professionals schedule a maintenance visit regularly from their end by calling and come and service the machine along with renewing the AMC. This is true for the Bangalore and Vadodara service offices for Aquaguard.
However, ever since we have shifted to Pune, we have been facing issues with the local Aquaguard service office. We shifted here in 2019 last quarter. Initially, it was very difficult to get a hold of a proper working number for the office. Then scheduling for refitting of the machine and service was a real pain. After that, no-one from the office ever calls to schedule the maintenance visit or perform AMC renewal. It is always us who have to make the call. Why this difference in the level of service in different cities??
Also, it is 2022 and now the situation has become worse. We tried to schedule a visit from a professional to perform regular service activity and renew the AMC, but the local office told us that in addition to the AMC cost of INR 5, 200 we have to pay an additional cost of INR 530 as visitation charges to the professional. This is limits!!!
How can a company like Eureka Forbes do this to a customer who has been with it for a decade?? It is like there are no morals left in these people. Are they trying to con us?
