[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — raising fake service requests without customer consent

I have got a message saying that the raised service request (Numbered [protected]) has been completed. The only problem here is that i didn't even raised a request but, all of a sudden it has been raised and completed also. I would like to know that how long their hyderabad service executives have been frauding and cheating the customers without even visiting. This is not the first time i am facing issues with their hyderabad executives who raised the request
For their own purposes without even contacting the customer. Does this kind of service the company wants to provide to their customers?

Sir our vacuum cleaner is no pulling the dust properly we have all ready given the complaint so many times no body turned up last time your service center phone number [protected] talked fillty and irresponsible please take care or else we have to approach court
