Correspondence made with your office through email in respect of raghunadhan n, puthenveedu, house no 14/423d aiswarya lane, nss road, kumbalangivazhi, cochin 682006.

2. I was purchased one euroclean wd x2 against above mentioned id. The items was booked by me on installment basis. But after delivery full amount has been recovered from my credit card which is not understood. The matter has been taken up with your office for needful action to refund the money at the earliest. Even after lapse of two months no needful action has been taken from your side. May i request you to kindly take suitable action to refund the amount at the earliest.
