Sir /madam, we purchased a dr aquaguard magna hd uv sr [protected] received product on tuesday (16/5/2017). It was installed on wednesday afternoon but seems to have some technical issue that water does not get filled. We were promised by the technician mr bhubalan that his fellowmen mr karthi would resolve by thursday, to our dismay he doesn't seem to respond to our call till now.. We r disappointed..
