Hi, This is your customer Mr. Hosang Mistry from Surat, Gujarat, India. My customer code is [protected]. We had entered into an AMC contract for 3 years with Eureka Forbes considering that we would get good services, but I am sorry to say that your services are highly unsatisfactory. We had lastly got our AQUAGUARD I-NOVA serviced through MR. DINESH (MOB NO. [protected]) on 5/3/2017 & we had requested him ample of times for the replacement of AQUAGUARD PIPE CAP which is not yet replaced. This is really very disappointing.
