[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — repeat complaint regarding aquaguard magna | |||
I had lodged a complaint on 8.6.18 regarding auto refill not working in aqua guard magna and i had got a reply from eureka forbes on consumer complaints that they will fix the issue. The technician has visited twice and changed the sensor yet the problem persists. I have repeatedly informed the customer care to send a senior technician but it seems there is no follow up on the complaints lodged and Eureka forbes is aiming at just sales with its advertisements and not service. Technician : Mr Chandra mob no of technician :[protected] I have complained to area manager of Hubli Mr sarvanan with mob no:[protected]. I have even sent a message to Ms Kavita Gandhi(AVP finance of Eureka forbes) on linked in. Such a big brand needs some credibility, they can replace the unit in case there is a manufacturing defect.
