[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — requesting for service of my water purifier for past one month | |||
I dont knw if there is any use in submitting this complaint.. Anyways i need to try this one too.. I had bought dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd ro+uv water purifier nearly 2 months back.. It stopped working on 24th of last month suddenly.. I have been calling, requesting and finally bursting out with ur service members for the past three weeks.. I even contacted to your head office.. And thankfully u guys havent even contacted me to provide ur service.. I am surprised by this pathetic response from a company like urs for a product just 2 months old... I am fed up off calling u guys... So may be this is the final option.. Was this information helpful? | |||
