Good Afternoon,
I regret to inform that my Refund of Rs.5, 000 is pending from Eureka Forbes upon my cancellation of the Order No [protected] placed on 6th December 2022.
Earlier I requested for A Demo to Eureka and Mr.Karthik ph:-[protected] was deputed. He showed a machine operated through remote on 6th December 2022, I placed an order
for A Robo L VAC to be delivered within a week paid by gpay to AIRPAY Vide UPI transaction ID[protected].
I called Mr.Karthik on 12th December for an Order Acknowledgement and receipt for the advance paid by me. He didn't provide any official acknowledgement from Eureka but provided an Order No.[protected]. I also shared my email id:- [protected]@gmail com to get a Confirmatory mail from Eureka Forbes. On that day Mr.Karthik did not provide me about the delivery Status of L VAC. So I informed Mr.Karthik to cancel my order, for that he informed me that he will inform his superior Mr.Satish. I asked him to share his contact number which was Not provided to me.
I searched over the Internet and found Mr.Satish Kumar phone number ph:-[protected] . Called him on 13th December he shared some Order reference Snapshot details,
On 17th December i once again called Mr.Satish Kumar he informed me that the machine has to come from China and can be delivered only by 1st week of January 2023. so i told him to Cancel the Order by providing my bank account details, which was duly acknowledged by him. He informed me that the refund process will take 10days and shall inform the accountant to start the process.
However on 21st December I got a call from Mr.SatishKumar informing me that, you EurekaForbes had dispatched the machine to my address and my Refund is in process.
I got the L VAC delivered on 25th December 2022 at my Residence by Courier. Till 31st December 2022 I have NOT Got the Refund so I'm holding your machine in Lieu of my Refund.
I lost confidence in Eureka Forbes when I was not provided with any official acknowledgement mail/receipt by Mr.Karthik. Also when placing the order itself we insisted for delivery within a week which was duly promised by Mr.Karthik. However i was informed that there will be undue Delay till 1st week of January 2023 which was Not acceptable to me.
Request you to look into the matter and arrange the refund immediately and collect your machine. Have attached the snapshot of the conversation through what's up with Mr.Karthik and SatishKumar.

Today on[protected] they are calling us and visiting our house asking us to return the unused unpacked machine. I asked them to send a authorisation letter for delivery of the machine through their person and an acknowledgement for my reference was not obliged by them.
