Dear sir, I am rakesh kumar from military hospital, jhansi. I have annual contract to your firm (Address of eureka forbes at jhasni - samad enterprises 7/3, banker coloy shivpuri road, nandanpura, jhansi, u. P. Contact no [protected] & [protected]) form march 2018 to march 2019 at eureka forbes, jhansi. My complain following are :- (A) why our hospital amc not show online (May be, your jhansi branch not send to you complete contract details, due to corruption) (B) if you required our hospital amc contract receipt, please info me, i will also send to you. (C) what is above mentioned eureka forbes jhansi branch is your branch? (D) your local service provider (Branch head and worker) is very poor, i have also called more time but he says i will come tomorrow but him tomorrow not come yet. On 19 the June 18 I requested for my aqwaguard service .My complaint no is [protected].till this day no body have come to service. I have AMC contract which ends on 16 July 18.i am repenting for having purchased this product.worst service
