[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Service provided by company | |||
I had Infinity water purifier of Aquagaurd and paid for annual service contract. As per service contract, person will be coming for free preventive maintenance in six month and replacement of consumable items annually. People are neither appearing for preventive maintenance nor for annual maintenance for the last 18 months. Local service person were called two times in this period but nobody had appeared. I have the same experience with my Eureka Forbes Acqua guard UV Enhance water purifier.The service is worst and they are not bothered about Customer service and annual maintenance.Once we enter into contract with them TGEY do not visit and attend customer Complaints even after several reminders AND the technician and service agent CANCELL the complaint without attending it. Shame on a reputed COMPANY .ucof
