[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — service request unattended | |||
I, dr. Chethan has raised a service request on 9th oct 2019 (Request number:[protected]) which still not attended. One week back water purifier was not working which was serviced. After service it worked for just 3days. Since around ten days we are getting mineral water from outside to drink. Water purifier is just 4 months old and has stopped working for second time. Eureka forbes water purifier and also customer service are the worst. I recommend consumers to consider other company water purifiers for better service. Was this information helpful? | |||
