[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Services Issues, post AMC | |||
I have logged 4 Complaints in last 5 months for changing the Membrane in my Eureka Forbes Reviva RO. The engineers visited 4 times, but they never came with membrane for replacing. During AMC renewal they have installed wrong membrane and during check I found TDH has went down to 4 or 5, which is quite below suppoted level. Once engineer brought the old used membrane. and post me resistant he told me we do not change membrane twice, but if wrong membrane is installed they need to change Was this information helpful? | |||
