[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — unable to get amc done for water purifier even after 1 month of follow up | |||
I am unable to get my amc done for eurekaforbes water purifier even after 1 month of follow up and escalation. I faced the similar experience with this company in the month of august 2019 when i had to get my water purifier installed at my new residence. I had to follow up for more than a month and incurred a telephone bill of rs. 600. Again just in less than a month i have faced similar experience. Already i have incurred so much in calling the company everyday and moreover i am spending so much in purchasing water from outside. Totally dissapointed with eurekaforbes and i want compensation for the expenses incurred by me because it was not my fault. Was this information helpful? | |||
