[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Unsatisfied with the service of Aquaguard

This is to bring to your notice that i am totally unsatisfied with the service that i got from eureka forbes (Aquaguard).

A new aquaguard reviva 50 ro got installed at my place on[protected] and from yesterday[protected] i got a problem with the same.

Initially, in took 30 minutes or so for the storage tank to get filled but now even after 4 hours, it is not getting half-filled.

I logged a complaint today[protected] and the technician visited my place (Today itself) and inspected the situation.

He concluded that the ro membrane got clogged and need to be replaced, but i need to pay for that.

He explained that the ro membrane is not covered under warranty, as it is a consumable and subjected to normal wear and tear.

But i am still not able to understand that how the membrane got clogged in 3 months, where it has a capacity to filter 6000 litres of water.

Secondly, while selling the water filter, the salesman had not clarified the terms and conditions of the warranty period.

Please help me as soon as possible, as it is a matter of drinking water and my family rely on it, fully.

Hi, I bought Aquaguard Geneus Plus from Amazon in July - in Hyderabad. After installation, had issues raised a service request in August ([protected]), after multiple follow-ups also no one attended.
Now, in December I had to raise fresh request ([protected]), again same response that some one will attend. There is no escalation possible, if service is not done, have to call on same number - pathetic.
