[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — vacuum cleaner not working immediately after purchase | |||
I purchased two vacuum cleaners of eureka forbes. One in november 17 and second one last month. I need to buy second one as a replacement since accessories were broken and not supplied to me in time. Now second one wd x2, stopped working and do not suck the dust. Motor keeps running. I complained thrice in last 15 days but no body turned up to attend and every time i receive an sms that issue is resolved which is a bluff. I spoke to customer care yesterday also i was told ill get a call in 20 minutes but no call even after 24 hours. With my expedience i strongly advice don't purchase any product of eureka forbes since their quality of both product and customer care has gone to dogs. I have proof to substantiate my complaints both audio recordings and sms which i'm likely to publicise in social media if my complaint is not addressed immediately.
