[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Very very irresponsible behaviour of Service representative

Nature of the complaint: The cuppling fixed to the tube originally was not stiff enough to keep the tube and as a result, the tube is released from the connecting system, due to which water from the tap is flown all over our kitchen. When he same compliant is handled earlier about three months back, we told the same technician to fix the new cluppings on either side of the filter containers.He said that is not necessary and gone away without caring our complaint, except arranging a new tube. Due to his irresponsible attitude, the same complaint resulted disfunctioing of the clupplig. His response for not arranging the cluppling, today, on the other side is 'No stock- this cluppling is arranged due to our luck . He commented that due to heavy pressure in first floor, the problems are coming, for which we have taken an objection. He has seen on 11-01-2017 that the connection was in an disconnected mode, as a result of water scattered all over the kitchen on 10-01-17, his observation that it is a very small problem when compared to other serious problems the system is facing often, his careless attitude in replying properly to the female members and to tell them that they can complain anywhere as they like for which he need not worry, not able to tell when he can fix the cluppling on the 2nd side, etc. We are much dissatisfied with the careless attitude of this technician, as we faced severe inconvenience due his nonattending to the technician effectively etc. If it is reported that the complaint is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer, it is totally wrong. Beig a long standing customer of Eureka Forbesfor the last 15 years or still more, we are very much dissatisfied with the attitude of the representative and necessary steps to be taken under advice to us for rectification of our complaint, duly advising your representative to be courteous while dealing more particularly with female members.
