Just charged the filter in 1week ago and now it is stop working, call the call center every time they raise new request, no one taking compliant to replace the filter.
Everyday I need to raise new request and I need to buy water from outside from last seven day. I have four year old child and she is suffering from severe infection because of Water.
Please help
