I had purchased Aqua Sure elegand RO model on 8/8/14 and was told that the purifier will be installed with in 48 hrs. Till to day no one has come to install the same. The verification No given by the help line is 90121450 and also I made an online complaint on 12/8/14 and I was given an Eureka Service Request No as B317C89181. Please do needful.
