Asset ID: 32436170. 5 Days back my water filter stopped working. Completely. No lights nothing. Called up the usual technician who comes for servicing the unit. He checked the unit. He called his superior and told him the problem. The superior told him that he will send someone to fix that problem.
We are still waiting. I called[protected] and[protected] everyday since then. No one picks up. I called [protected]. The number is not toll free. And I had the pleasure of listening to computer telling me to press 1 or maybe 2 or hey go ahead and press 5 and let's see what happens. And then I was told by the same computer that the executive is busy please hold. I held on. Not daring to breathe.
And It got irritated and cut me off.
I was informed by my mobile service that the pleasure of following a computers instructions had cost me Rs. 8.27
On top of paying for the AMC now I have to pay for trying to lodge a complaint on the customer care number
