[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water filter sensa which is under amc | |||||
When eureka forbes service engineer came to do amc 10 days before, he told me that the candle has to be replaced. When i asked him to do it, as part of amc, the engineer shyam bamu told me that he will do only if amc is renewed. Since amc was in place and he can't put a condition like this, i have countered him post which he has agreed to come and change the candle in next 2 days. To my surprise the service ticket got closed after few days without replacing candle. Post that i have complained twice last week and both the time company cc executive (Told in call) told me that its wrong and eureka is bound to change / repair anything in amc. Today again same engineer came and told me that he won't replace candle and amc had to be renewed. This is a clear threaten and unethical practice by your engineer and your company Looks like this is the culture of the company as same issue happened with my other water filter which is there at my parents house Was this information helpful? | |||||
