[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier (aquaguard superb ro + uv uf+ tds) | |||
I purchased a water purifier in mar/april 2017 from a dealer (Bajaj electronics) and product is still under warranty. One of the filter got jammed with water dust / mud. I raised a service request, the technician visited but was not able to rectify the problem fully and saying that one of the filter has to be replaced. On enquiring if this filter-replacement is under warranty as over-all product is under warranty, to my surprize, he said "no". Then the question is: what is covered in one-year of of product warranty? Was this information helpful? | |||
