I booked a fresh installation on 19 may 2017 with a complaint no. [protected]. Service centre people first said they will send the technician but till today they have not send and i am continously calling them and today they said they have not received the fresh installation request. Then i called the customer care for complaint they mentioned that they have registered a wrong installation request n said sorry. But in all these things i have faced the problem n till now water purifier is not installed. This is not the way a well known company treats their customers. Kindly look into this matter seriously.
