[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier not working complaint registered since 17th sep and still no answer | |||
I had loggeda complaint for water not pouring out of my. Eureka forbes genius waterpurifier on 17th sep and on 19th a technician came and informed uv lamp is not working. Since then i have been calling customer care to please send a uv lamp with a technician and nobody ever came to fix it. Inspite of requesting multiple times, the senior officials never talk on call. We have been calling morning and evening but no help. I feel so disgusted by this kind of service from a brand like eureka forbes. Still without water even after paying 22k for genius and for yearly service contract separately. Was this information helpful? | |||
