For last 15 days i have so many times complain and technician is coming to solve the complain but every time he is fail to solve the problem, i have purchase water purify machine rs. 20000 for 2 years ago, but at this time machine is not working properly for last 15 days, again and again i complain for same problem, but the problem is not solve. I have purchase aquaguard UV+enhance .This particular model has problem loose top lead .So in filtered stored water found cockroach, insects frequently .

Even service person accepted this about product faulty .But No one from company escalating n not resolving this issue .
