I have slit/mud issues in my borewell water and when i enquired with Eureka Forbes team the sale person came home tested the water conditions and then suggested me to go with water softener along with a small blue filter, i bought AWS 2000 model from nearby Eureka Forbes authorized dealer in Bangalore on end of May.
Within a month the water was not getting filter and i raised a compliant on June stating the same. Technician visited and told he will clean the filter and this issue will not come again, after 15-20 days the problem started again and till now the problem remains, no technician is giving a solution and I've written a escalation email to the ceo escalation mailbox but still no response.
One of the horrible service ever seen. service team blaming sales team. no one responsible in giving a solution.
Having small kids and elderly persons at home, i'm still consuming unfiltered water which is concerning.
