I made a service request for a spare part. ie. bottom collecting jar with locker clips. My service request is [protected] dated 8 june 2018. Oct 30, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They gave a message and told service technician would attend it shortly. The technician told that company is not providing the spare part requested by me (the collecting drum). they have given a telephone number 18602661177 The service request number was2008093485. They have messaged a website address which cant be accessed www.eurekaforbes.com Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dont buy this due to its poor service by not supplying spare part. I am now planning toa ddress in consumer protection forum for refund full amount and compensation for mental agony
