Hi, I have registered complaint [protected]. The franchise serving under name of eureka forbes is highly unprofessional. They have caused damage to our filter with faulty installation. Plus there attitude towards customer is extremely rude and arrogant. There behavior and actions are to the point threatening in nature. Please black list this franchise. I have vouched to get my filter replaced with some other vendor as post sell service in eureka forbes is pathetic and they do not have alliance with good service provider. I have waster my money more importantly time. However you want to retain your existing customer base please look into these issues more seriously. Was this information helpful? | |||
