Very worst product ever had. I purchased eureka forbes jazz on march 17th and it has 1 year warranty. I have used only twice. From july 7th till today i am raising complaint. No one is responsive. It is not working. Sometimes it will not start and sometimes it will never stop. I called 8 times to customer care and they always keep my call on hold saying they will escalate and i have waiting for almost 30min holding in the line. Now they sent a technician and he tells it cant be repaired. So who is responsible for this. I lost my money for the dummy product which costed me 4500/-. I need refund as the product is still under warranty. It is such a waste of time from 10 days to raise a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
