Customer ID : [protected] email : [protected]@jainasafe.com I have bought Dr. Magna Aquaguard direct from the company sales team since the time of purchase i have faced problem with the service and installation of filter. I am continuously making complaints through sms and calls at their call center, but i amazed to hear same response every time i made calls and have false promises of attending the complaint within 24 hours but till date after expiring of almost 35-40 days no one has visited our house to rectify the problem.. It is a matter of same to have a worst service from the company who is having a large number of customer.
