After being patience for 2 to 3 months i am reaching you guys. First i am not at all happy with the level of service the guys are giving.
Paying almost rs:5000 per year as amc and literally begging you guys to give the support. Since 2 months we are getting continuous issues and water is not getting purified. Whenever i raise request it will be minimum 10 days to give the support. The technician will come and he will do basic work and finally he will say this is how the purifier works because the tds level is more than 1000 and he will say we can't do anything on this.
Understand about covid-19 if they attended the request on time it could have resolved. Since 2 months i am buying water cans and for another 2 weeks i need to continue as my water purifier is not working. Does this make any sense paying yearly amc for you guys and since almost 2 months i am using water cans.
Who is going to give the money for the 2 months water cans.
What is need for raising the requests to track the work the technician is doing. Still i wonder what the manager's are doing and don't they track the requests and technicians?
