Sir,
I purchased enrich water purifier in the month of april 2019, from your erode office.
Now ten days back it was not working and we made a compliant to the erode office and also a service request by mail to eureka ref number [protected] and recd ack of our compliant on dated 1.8.19
We came to know that two chip in the instrument failed in it and it is not working at all. Several attempts were made to your office at erode and there is no positive and encouraging reply. I came to know that the instrument must be changed.
Hence i request you to look into this matter and change the equipment at your earliest.
