Euro School Wakad — for not issuing proper I card of my child and not showing performance papers again..

Respected sir/madam,
This is uplabdhi raghuwanshi mother of ram raghuwanshi, student of 5th c, euroschool wakad, pune..
I was called for a ptm on 29th july 2017, were i was shown the exam papers of my child, but i doubt that those papers belonged to him.. Due to some health issues i couldn't focus properly on the papers.. When i asked them again on the other day, they said no... My child s i card too is not being issued yet..
I even took my child to dr vishnu biradar, md pediatrician due to some health troubles he had after eating school meals... Where he was asked for a blood test and i m sure the syringe carried infection z after he took blood sample my child was almost insane for a while... Since then my child is experiencing health issues... Else he s given some drugs or something z i can sense changes in his behavior..
I doubt that its a case of child trafficking, kindly help..
