Dear all, We have taken 2 memberships for eurosia from pune. Since, there is no response from the eurosia team and they have shut down their offices as well as customer care numbers, we are planning to file a legal case against them of fraud. We all need to create a group with necessary details to file a financial fraud case against the directors. I am initiating the process for the same. If you found any cheating, fraud by any company then contact respective bank within 3 months (through which you had transaction) and revert your transactions.
If that not works then do following,
1.Register police complaint and ask them to send request to bank to revert your transaction.
2. Register complaint to consumer court.
