I am pravin bhalerao. I have booked a flat and made agreement on 6th june 2017. At that time agreement, 95% of construction work is completed. I have paid complete vat & service tax at the time of agreement. Flat's total price is 31, 70000 rs. And i paid 1, 70000 rs. At the time of agreement. Now builder demanding for gst on remaining flat's cost (I. E 300000 rs.)
Is am i applicable to pay gst. If yes, how much gst i have to pay? And what about input tax credit? Was this information helpful? |
