[Resolved] Evok — defective recliner received

V received a defective power recliner whose motor was not working... N then that was replaced with anothe recliner in which the leatherette was getting rough n now its skin is peeling off... V have mailed to the company.. N called the showroom people so many times... But its of no use... Just feel so cheated... Their logo which says - my soft n cushioned body can refresh your senses... Is actually meaningless as it's very rough to touch
