Evok — Indefinite delay of my order 14321413 | |
With reference to my trial mail on last weeks its with great disappointment I am writing this complaint. I have ordered 3 seater fusion leatheratte sofa on 7th January 2021 and paid online..As informed my customer care my product was supposed to be delivered within 15 days...it's been 21 days I have ordered the product and I have no idea regarding the delivery of my product..further to the telephonic call last week your representative has informed and Assured that I will get my product by 26th or 27th January.. Today being 25th January night I came to know from your website that the item is not yet shipped and it's is impossible to receive the product by maximum 27th January. Its highly pathetic and disheartening to know that being reputed constitution like evok under hindware is providing such a worst, pathetic and horrible customer service..It's also degrading your reputation as well. I want reconciliation for my issues within 2 days otherwise i may proceed legally since I have paid almost 30k rs for the product and I have to wait for a month to receive the product Revert me asap Was this information helpful? | |
