[Resolved] Evok — L shaped sofa | |
I had ordered a L- shaped sofa from your web site (Order copy attached) which was delivered on 22-11-20. On the website it was mentioned in the description that there will be 4 boxes but I was delivered only 3. On the very same day I registered a complaint through online helpline number (ticket id IND[protected]). On 23rd a person from EVOK came to check the consignment, he also confirmed that one box is missing and he talked to someone from EVOK and registered a complaint. you are therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible. please reply when will I receive complete order. please find the attachments (Order copy, EVOK persons testimony, tax invoice and delivered order 3 boxes) thanks.
