I paid online for the purchase of diamond chest of 6 drawers. The size is 6 inch short in height and 2 inch short in length. This was not accepted by me and material was repacked by the evok fitter mr omprakash on 23.12.2017 and it was promised by customer care that this will be taken back and money refunded
I have been following with evok customer care to take back the material and refund the money. No action is taken by evok inspite of repeated reminders
Please help me in getting the refund
