Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme [Echs] — echs card not received for satnam singh sandhu and paramjit kaur

My dad satnam singh 13734565 and her dependent paramjit kaur has not yet received their echs card. They had applied for echs enrolment for more than a year ago. The card has been made as seen on echs website more than 6 months ago but they have yet not received it. Kindly check and revert if their is any challenge at my end or else i request the authorities to expedite in despatching their echs card.
